  • i) There is no discount for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.
  • ii) Cancellations are not processed via mail.
  • iii) Refunds depend on the airline or hotel's policy; we cannot guarantee them.
  • iv) Cancellations are only allowed over the phone.
  • v) Many reservations are non-refundable, as per airline rules.
  • vi) If you miss your flight and don't tell the airline, they will consider you a no-show and typically won't offer a refund or any extra help.

Refund

Refunds depend on airline and hotel terms and conditions. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the policy. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 10–15 business days, though banks may take longer, and in rare cases up to 60–90 days. Service fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
